Customer oriented, quick, high qualityMy shopping experience with Supadance has always been a pleasure. User-friendly site, very easy ordering procedure. If goods are in stock shipment takes 1-2 days. The total delivery time depends of course on local post service. I always get what I expect).I would recommend to create a loyalty program or something like this. It would be nice to get certain discounts after ordering several times the Supadance shoes and understand that loyal customers are valued

26 October 2011 <br/>Excellent My only concern when ordering a self-designed printed t-shirt was the quality that it would come out as. This turned out to be no worry at all as the quality was excellent, not only that but it arrived two days after ordering. Couldn't have been happier with my order

Extremely efficient and helpfulYour service is second to none!When I rang to arrange exchange of garment your customer service lady was very efficient. Bt the time I had logged onto my account it was already done. My only gripe was the fact that the packaging was too big for the item. The new item was in my mitts byMany thanks.

If Carlsberg ran sports retailers...This was my second purchase from Barrington Sports, and I am wondering how any of their competitors have managed to stay in business. Running an online retail business doesn't sound that hard - offer low prices, show what's in stock, ship quickly, sort it out if it goes wrong. However, Barrington stands head and shoulders above everyone else in this business who mostly manage to cock it up entirely, and Barrington is now my "go to" retailer for sports equipment and apparel.Only two real quibbles with this experience: first, my order was shipped in a large heavy duty plastic sack but one of the items (a pair of Oakley sunglasses) got bashed about so much that its cardboard box was very heavily damaged. It was only cosmetic and the goods inside were fine, but if I had wanted to give the item as a gift then I would not have been able to do so. I wrote to Barrington explaining what had happened and got a speedy response indicating that individual Oak

Bit late but good communicationIt took well over a month to get our items but the company kept in contact and were very helpful. Even offered a different product in case was ok for us.
